The staff was helpful and understanding, refunding our money when we had to leave early. The receptionist was friendly and made our first visit to Turkey easy. Convenient location near shops and malls.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the train station and all the areas I wanted to visit. It was also near Fateh mosque and Emniyat Fatih metro station, providing easy access to the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and renovation. The bathroom accessories and amenities were old and not suitable for a 4-star hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with the Emniyat Fatih metro station just a short distance away. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city and even take a direct line to the airport. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Fateh mosque, which was a beautiful sight to visit. We were able to easily access all the areas we wanted to see.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the room cleaning team doing a great job. The location was ideal, as it was close to the train station and the Emniyat Fatih metro station. the hotel was conveniently situated near the famous Fatih mosque. The staff were helpful and cute, making our first visit to this city easy and enjoyable. Special mention goes to the reception team, especially Sener, who was very helpful and understanding. We were even given a refund when we had to leave a day early.
